Braztoa expands partnership with Festuris and begins co-hosting podcasts and ESG stage

Initiatives connect data, sustainability, and innovation to strengthen the future of tourism

For the second consecutive year, the Brazilian Association of Tour Operators (BRAZTOA) will be present at Festuris, one of the largest tourism fairs in Latin America, which takes place from November 6 to 9 in Gramado. This year, the association is strengthening and expanding its partnership with the event, reinforcing its contribution to the debate on the direction of the sector. In 2025, the association will not only renew the curation and execution of the ESG stage, located in the Green Experience area, but will also co-curate the event's official podcasts and, in partnership with GKS Inteligência Territorial, conduct an unprecedented survey aligned with the central theme “Reimagining Tomorrow.”

Sowing Strategies for Sustainable Development in Tourism (SEEDS) will once again be responsible for the ESG stage, which has established itself as an essential space for reflection on regenerative tourism, valuing local communities, preserving natural and cultural resources, innovation, sustainability, and addressing climate and social change. The content will feature practical cases and real experiences, offering concrete tools for rethinking tourism in a more conscious and transformative way.

As a new feature, the partnership includes co-curating Festuris' official podcasts, which will present data, research, and analysis on the present and future of tourism. The goal is to provide the trade with strategic information to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and prepare the sector for new challenges, reinforcing Braztoa's role as a benchmark in sustainability and market intelligence.

"We believe that the future of tourism depends on our ability to act today, with responsibility and innovation. The partnership with Festuris and the leadership of SEEDS are ways to inspire the sector to build a more sustainable, resilient tourism that is connected to current and future needs. Braztoa reinforces its commitment to promoting sustainability and strategic intelligence in tourism, bringing together data, knowledge, and partnerships that enhance the development of the sector,“ comments Marina Figueiredo, executive president of Braztoa. ”We believe that we can only build a solid future for tourism through collaboration between entities that share a common purpose and vision. The renewal of the partnership with Festuris strengthens this collective construction, expanding the scope of essential themes for the sustainable development of the sector," she concludes.

"Tourism needs to be more than a destination; it needs to become a path of transformation, awareness, and purpose. The partnership between Braztoa and Festuris proves that sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. Curating the ESG stage and co-signing podcasts are unique opportunities to amplify voices, share solutions, and strengthen our commitment to more humane, regenerative, and intelligent tourism. We are reimagining tomorrow with courage and responsibility because we believe that travel can indeed transform the world. And Braztoa, together with Festuris, is helping to write this new chapter with vision, partnership, and action," says Eduardo Zorzanello, CEO of Festuris.

The partnership reaffirms Braztoa's role as a leader in promoting sustainability and the use of data and strategic intelligence applied to tourism. With initiatives that combine knowledge, integration, and innovation, the association drives the development of the sector and contributes to more resilient, balanced tourism that is aligned with social, environmental, and economic demands.
