Meeting Festuris brings together experts to discuss trends, innovation and the new paths of tourism

Festuris’ main content stage will feature a program of talks on the mornings of November 13 and 14; first-batch tickets are already on sale

The future of tourism, economic scenarios, innovation, hospitality, human connections and the transformations impacting the sector will be at the center of the discussions at Meeting Festuris, the main content stage of Festuris – Gramado International Tourism Fair. The event will take place from November 12 to 15 in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and Meeting Festuris will feature a special program of talks on the mornings of November 13 and 14.

Tickets are already on sale through festurisgramado.com/meeting, with first-batch tickets priced at R$ 387.00. The program brings together speakers from different fields and professional backgrounds, offering the audience an opportunity to expand their knowledge, anticipate trends and reflect on the challenges and opportunities shaping the tourism industry.

Among the confirmed panelists is Raphael Ayub, a lawyer, entrepreneur and current Secretary of Tourism of Rio Grande do Sul, who will bring to the stage his experience in the financial market, business institutions and corporate boards, as well as his work in public tourism management. The participation of Bruno Reis, president of Embratur and a professional with a leadership career at the Ministry of Tourism, RIOgaleão, EMPROTUR/RN and Fornatur, will also broaden discussions on the promotion and positioning of Brazil within the global tourism landscape.

Innovation and the ability to anticipate what lies ahead will be represented by Tiago Mattos, considered one of Brazil’s leading futurists and the first Brazilian to join the faculty of Singularity University. His approach challenges companies and professionals to think about tomorrow with strategic vision, innovation and methodology.

Economic trends and their impact on businesses and decision-making will also be addressed by Giane Guerra, who combines experience in analyzing economic scenarios with financial education. In a sector directly influenced by changes in consumption, costs and the economic environment, understanding the broader context is essential for making more strategic decisions.

The program also places a strong emphasis on the human factor. Luciano Potter, a communicator with experience in radio, television, podcasts, newspapers and websites, will bring to Meeting Festuris reflections on the art of deep listening, communication and friendship as tools for building genuine human connections.

In the world of hospitality and tourism businesses, Leonor Bernhoeft, founder and CEO of LTN BRASIL, will share more than three decades of experience in corporate, leisure and luxury tourism, as well as events. Flavia Zülzke, CMO of Rede Deville, will add to the program her experience leading marketing and sales strategies for different business units and hospitality brands.

The diversity of perspectives also extends to topics related to management, security, law, inclusion and personal transformation. Roger Wingert, who holds a degree in Business Administration and specializes in people management and tourism ventures, is part of the panelist group. Major Maldaner, Chief of Staff of CRPM Região das Hortênsias, with degrees in Military Sciences and Law and a master’s degree in Law, will also take part in the program.

The stage will also feature Dr. Fabiano Machado, writer, professor, speaker, legal commentator for CNBC Brasil and coordinator of the Audit Committee of the UN Global Compact Brazil Network, bringing his experience to the discussions.

One of the moments expected to broaden perspectives on diversity and inclusion will feature HeyDoc!, an artist who, following an autism diagnosis, transformed his journey and became a reference in the national and international electronic music scene. Joining him will be Sandra Gabriel, a physician, entrepreneur and the artist’s mother, who closely followed this journey and transformed her personal experience into a mission of support and awareness.

Meeting Festuris goes beyond a program of talks. It presents itself as a space to connect ideas, spark reflection and transform knowledge into new possibilities for tourism professionals and companies. The diversity of experts already confirmed points to a program that moves across strategy, the future, economics, management, marketing, hospitality, communication, inclusion and behavior.

For those looking to reach the end of 2026 with new insights and a broader perspective on the future of tourism, Meeting Festuris will be one of the main gathering points for knowledge and inspiration during Festuris.
