Gabriela Figueiredo confirmed as panelist on the Meeting stage

Festuris – Gramado International Tourism Festival is preparing for its 37th edition, from November 6 to 9, 2025, bringing together big names in the industry in a program that promises to inspire, connect, and transform the market. One of the big news items this year is the participation of Gabriela Figueiredo as a panelist on the Meeting stage, a space dedicated to high-impact content and strategic debates on the mornings of November 7 and 8.

Director of Luxury Tourism with over 15 years of experience, Gabriela is recognized for her solid career, marked by excellence, innovation, and sensitivity in curating exclusive experiences. With a degree in Hotel Management from Senac SP, she began her career in F&B operations at cultural institutions in São Paulo, with a stint in the catering segment, until she found her true purpose in tourism.

Since 2008, she has been part of the Matueté team, a benchmark in luxury tourism in Brazil, where she led the creation of personalized itineraries, strategic planning, and premium customer service. In April 2025, she took over the general management of the company and its areas of operation – BtoC, DMC, Villas, and celebrations – consolidating her leadership with a vision focused on excellence and the delivery of truly transformative trips.

Gabriela also stands out in prestigious international forums, such as Virtuoso Chairman's and Leading Luxury, and participated in the pre-opening committee of Belmond Maroma, in addition to contributing insights to the Hyatt Privée program. She is currently on the management board of Radix and shares her knowledge as an educator on various topics related to high-end tourism.
