After completing his official agenda in Gramado, the Secretary of Tourism of Rio Grande do Sul, Ronaldo Santini, paid an institutional visit to the Rossi & Zorzanello office, where he was welcomed by CEOs Marta Rossi and Eduardo Zorzanello.
The meeting reinforced the importance of alignment between the public sector and private initiative in building strategies aimed at strengthening tourism in the state. During the meeting, partnerships involving Festuris – Gramado International Tourism Fair – and Connection Terroirs do Brasil were discussed.
The agenda focused on integrating efforts to boost tourism in Rio Grande do Sul, with an emphasis on actions that promote economic development, enhance destinations, and strengthen the state's competitive positioning at both national and international levels.
According to Eduardo Zorzanello, closer ties between public and business leaders are essential for the sector’s evolution. “Tourism is an inherently collaborative activity. When the public sector and private initiative work together, we can maximize results, expand opportunities, and generate positive impacts across the entire value chain. Events such as Festuris and Connection are strategic platforms that connect people, ideas, and businesses in support of tourism development,” he said.
The meeting also highlighted a shared commitment to strengthening initiatives that encourage innovation, promote destinations, and create opportunities for different regions across the state.
HORTÊNSIA PROJECT – At the end of the meeting, the Hortênsias Project was presented to the state secretary. The initiative aims to restore the tourism essence of Gramado. One of its actions includes organizing meetings with young students to raise awareness about the importance of the tourism economy for Gramado and the region, as well as about the city’s symbolic flower.
